often referred to as“banana swirl” by Daniel Tiger. It has a similar texture to ice cream without dairy, sugar, and guilt!

Options and toppings are endless. I often add cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla extract, and pecans for a delicioussss ice cream replacement.

(Also, I use the food processor because my blender isn’t that powerful!)

Powdered Sugar, but Plant-Based

This recipe can be made with date, maple, or even coconut sugars.

Add it to:

French toast, cookies, muffins, waffles, yogurt, fruit bowls, oatmeal, sweet grains, desserts, etc.
